Waterproof and dust proof to IP68, the Index Marine DG50A cable gland features a low profile design and perpendicular cable entry, to ensure a waterproof solution for various cable management applications allowing a cable to pass through a flat surface whilst protecting against water and dust ingress. The DG50A is designed for the user to drill cable holes allowing for the passing of multiple cables of different sizes; maximum cable size of 47mm. Drilled holes must be a minimum of 8mm from the edge of the bung and 6mm from other drill holes. Ideal for electrical cabling applications, aerial or data communications and ducting through bulkheads, decks and panels - i.e. VHF, GPS, Radar Installations. Suitable for use on boats, caravans and RV's.
